2. INFORMATION AND CONSENT

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about how Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. collects, processes and protects the personal data it obtains: through the website www.agitalia.net , through the website www.agenziaondina.it , through the website www.venditabibione.com ,  (hereinafter the ‘website’), as well as connection and navigation on the website (hereinafter ‘navigation’) and all other data that the User may provide in the future to Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. through the Rental Agreement or any other permitted means.

The User is required to carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple manner to facilitate understanding, and to freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide their personal data, or that of third parties, to Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s..

3. OBLIGATORY NATURE OF PROVIDING THE DATA

 

The data requested in the forms accessible via the Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. website are, in principle, mandatory (unless otherwise specified in the field in question) in order to fulfil the defined purposes. Therefore, if they are not provided or are incorrect, it will not be possible to fulfil these purposes.

The User’s data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve each purpose or until the User requests cancellation of their registration with Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s., objects or revokes their consent.

• Card details, necessary to make the payment for the booking or to guarantee it, as well as to pay for the stay or related services.

If the User provides data relating to third parties, they declare that they have their consent and undertake to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the data subject, relieving Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. of any responsibility in this regard. However, Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. may carry out the necessary checks to verify this fact, adopting the due diligence measures provided for in accordance with data protection legislation.

6. HOW IS THE USE OF YOUR DATA LEGITIMISED?

The processing of data necessary for the purposes indicated that require the User’s consent will not take place without such consent.

Furthermore, if the User withdraws their consent to any type of data processing, this will not affect the authorisation for processing that has already taken place.

On the other hand, the processing of data carried out to manage surveys and/or assessments relating to the quality of the services provided by Agenzia Immobiliare Italia s.a.s. and/or the perception of its image as a company will be based on the legitimate interest of the data controller.

The User’s data may be disclosed to:

8. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The User:
